Recently I went to cut the lawn and the blades didn’t engage. I texted Mike and he responded immediately. Despite it

being a Saturday afternoon, Mike responded immediately, asked for me to place the mower in the driveway and place

the key in the ignition. In short time Mike was working on the mower, diagnosed the problem, remedied the situation

and explained that if it didn’t work properly to let him know and he’d replace the part on site! ALL AT NO COST! This

isn’t the first time he has demonstrated prompt communication and took care of the problem in my yard. I

recommend, without reservation, Mike’s Equipment Repair to work on your small engines. I have ALWAYS been highly

satisfied with his communication, expertise and follow through

Had snow blower cleaned and serviced with Mike as was performing poorly. He "tuned it up" (carb etc) and cleaned it up (apparently critters had nested in the axles).

Mike was prompt and efficient and final cost was as estimated. He picked up and dropped off the snowblower on schedule. Price was a little more than I expected for a tune-up. But I don't have any other of experience with this type of service so it may have been in line with others. Not sure how involved cleaning the nests out of the axles was I was happy with the service and will use him again if needed.

very helpful thank you !!!

wow thanks for responding !!!!!! i was gonna repost the question. i was gonna ask also about belts and all....... but then i saw your part 1 video......& forgot to repost. (it was late). your wanting to help others so much is a wonderful and rare thing to see these days. i wish your business was within driving distance for me. i would send all my work and all my friends work to you. i drained the puttywhite oil. i was thinkin i would fill w/ 5w30,start it up, let it warm up,then drain the oil again so it would kinda rinse out, then re-fil again. this thing only has about 3 hrs of use ever.... but it sat for a couple 3 years at least. i will attemp to tune it up when its a little warmer. thanks again
